Time for another blog post!
Not a lot exciting has been happening lately, just been working lots, saving money and counting down the days for summer to come around!
Looking back at pictures from last summer and damn I’m missing that tan..
I’ve never really been a winter person, I get lazy, eat a lot of food and skip a lot of gym days. But it’s almost March now so I need to get off my lazy ass and get back to the gym!
I know how hard it is to keep yourself motivated to actually work out 4-5days a week and also eat super healthy, it’s a constant struggle for me. But here are a couple of key things that I wanted to share with you that have helped me out with my ‘sometimes’ healthy & fit lifestyle:
Balance is key! It’s okay to eat that piece of chocolate, or even a whole chocolate bar. Just don’t do it every day haha..
Listen to your body. If you are exhausted don’t overwork yourself, go to sleep early and you will feel way better the next day!
Drink a lot of water, like A LOT. Trust me.
The hardest thing is to put on your gym clothes and actually make it to the gym. Once you are there it’s easy.
Make a playlist with all your favourite songs and have some fun while you are working out!
