My workout routine

I usually never skip a gym session. I'm so strict on myself, no matter how tired I am or how busy I am with work I always need my 4 work outs a week. For the first time in months I had a one week break from the gym. And my god it's crazy how quick you can feel out of shape again. My first day back in the gym I was struggling and my muscles were sore for two days.

I never used to be so into health and fitness as I am now, it took me about a year for my body and mind to get completely in to this routine. I'm so happy with where I am now. I feel good in my body, mentally and physically and have so much more energy then I used to. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight, neither have I gained a huge amount of muscle, I'm just healthy now. I hope I can inspire others to start their own health and fitness journey. I know how challenging it is to keep going. To change up my work out routine I have booked a couple of personal training sessions which I start next week. I'm excited to be pushed to my limits and learn new fun exercises!
